Information we collect
We collect only the information necessary for the proper operation of the store:
- Name, shipping and billing address, email and phone number when you place an order.
- Payment information, processed securely by our provider Stripe. RISEN never stores your full card number.
- Account information if you create a customer account.
- Browsing data (IP address, device type, pages viewed) by means of cookies.
- The content of the exchanges you initiate with us by email or WhatsApp.
Purposes of the collection
Your information is used to:
- process and deliver your orders;
- send you confirmations, invoices and shipping updates;
- answer your questions and provide after-sales service;
- manage returns and refunds;
- improve our site and our offering;
- meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Consent
By placing an order or providing us with your information, you consent to its use for the purposes described above. You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to the legal obligations that require us to keep certain data.
Sharing of information
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the partners necessary to fulfil your order:
- Stripe, for the secure processing of payments;
- the carriers (including Canada Post) for delivery;
- the technical providers that host and secure the site.

Our site uses cookies to remember the contents of your cart, your language and your session. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, but some features of the store may no longer work properly.
Retention and security
We keep your information as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet our legal and tax obligations, then we destroy it securely. We put in place reasonable security measures (payment encryption, restricted access, backups) to protect your data.
Your rights
In accordance with Law 25, you have the right to:
- access the information we hold about you;
- have it corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
- withdraw your consent;
- request the portability of your data.
