Every RISEN bag is chosen with care, and we want yours to accompany you for a long time. If your order does not meet your expectations, this policy explains how to proceed.
Return window
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.
Conditions for acceptance
To be accepted, the item must:
- not have been worn or used;
- be in its original condition, with its tags and protection;
- be returned in its original packaging;
- be accompanied by proof of purchase.
An item damaged through use, soiled or returned incomplete may be refused.
How to make a return
- Write to contact@risen.fashion indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
- We confirm acceptance of the return and the shipping address.
- You send the item back to us in a tracked and well-protected shipment.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product (see below). We recommend a tracked shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for a parcel lost during the return.
Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. The amount refunded corresponds to the price of the product; the original shipping fees are not refunded, except in the event of an error or defect.
Colour exchanges
Would you like another colour from the DIVINE collection (camel, black, powder blue or deep green)? Write to us: we will let you know how to proceed depending on availability.
Defective product or order error
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos. We will then cover the return costs and proceed with the replacement or a full refund.
Orders outside Canada
Orders destined for Senegal, Cameroon and elsewhere in Africa are handled directly by our team on WhatsApp at +1 581 216 0425. The return terms for these orders are agreed on a case-by-case basis with the team.
