Processing time
Each order is prepared with care within 1 to 3 business days before it ships. You receive a confirmation email as soon as your parcel is on its way, with a tracking number when available.
Areas served
Canada (online order)
We deliver everywhere in Canada, including Montreal, Quebec City, Laval, Ottawa and Toronto. Delivery is by Canada Post.
Senegal, Cameroon and the rest of Africa (WhatsApp)
For Senegal (Dakar), Cameroon (Douala, Yaounde) and other African countries, orders are taken directly by our team on WhatsApp at +1 581 216 0425. The fees and timelines are confirmed with you before shipping.
Shipping fees in Canada
- Quebec: free delivery, everywhere in the province.
- Rest of Canada: fees calculated based on the actual weight of the order, shown at the time of payment.
- Free delivery for any order of $300 or more, anywhere in Canada.
Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes (GST, and QST in Quebec) are added at the time of payment.
Estimated delivery times
As a guideline, once the parcel has shipped:
- Quebec and Ontario: about 2 to 5 business days;
- rest of Canada: about 5 to 10 business days.
These timelines are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on the destination and the time of year.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive a tracking number by email. You can track your parcel directly on the carrier's website.
Shipping address
Please check that your address is correct at the time of the order. RISEN cannot be held responsible for a delay or an undelivered parcel due to an incomplete or incorrect address.
