These terms and conditions of sale govern any order placed on the risen.fashion site. By placing an order, you accept them without reservation. We invite you to read them carefully.
1. Seller identification
The risen.fashion site and the RISEN brand offer premium women's leather goods. For any question, write to contact@risen.fashion or contact us on WhatsApp at +1 581 216 0425.

2. Products
Our products are presented with the greatest care. The photographs are as faithful as possible, but slight colour variations may appear depending on your screen. Items are offered while supplies last.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes (GST, and QST for Quebec) are calculated and added at the time of payment. Shipping fees, when they apply, are shown before the order is confirmed. RISEN reserves the right to change its prices at any time, the applicable price being the one in effect at the time of the order.
4. Order
The sale is confirmed once the payment is accepted and the order validated. You then receive a confirmation email. RISEN reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a payment dispute, an obvious pricing error or a stock shortage.
5. Payment
Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. RISEN never has access to your full card number. The order is prepared once the payment is confirmed.
6. Shipping
The terms, timelines and fees for shipping are detailed in our shipping policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
7. Cancellation, return and refund
The cancellation terms are set out in our cancellation policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our return and refund policy (14 days).
8. Legal warranty
Our products are covered by the legal warranty provided under the Consumer Protection Act of Quebec. This warranty applies in addition to the rights provided under these terms.
9. Liability
RISEN cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the site or the products, nor for delivery delays attributable to the carrier or to a case of force majeure.
10. Intellectual property
All the elements of the site (brand, logo, texts, photographs, layout) are the property of RISEN and may not be reproduced without written authorization.
11. Protection of personal information
The processing of your personal information is described in our privacy policy.
12. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Quebec courts. We nevertheless always favour an amicable resolution: write to us at contact@risen.fashion.
